Mayhem Fishing Experiences reserves the right to modify or cancel any trip due to weather conditions, unforeseen circumstances, or other factors beyond our control. Trip details, including accommodations, fishing activities, and included services, are subject to change without notice.

Participants are responsible for booking and securing their own flights and travel insurance. Mayhem Fishing Experiences is not liable for any lost or stolen property, personal injury, medical expenses, or travel disruptions incurred during the trip.

Fishing is subject to local regulations and conservation guidelines. Catch-and-release practices may be enforced where applicable. Participants are expected to follow the instructions of guides and adhere to all safety protocols.

By booking a trip, participants acknowledge that they understand the inherent risks involved with outdoor activities, including but not limited to injury, unpredictable weather, and wildlife encounters. Mayhem Fishing Experiences, its affiliates, and staff are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or damages incurred during the trip.

Refund and cancellation policies will be provided at the time of booking. Mayhem Fishing Experiences recommends securing comprehensive travel insurance to cover cancellations, medical emergencies, and lost baggage.
